The ESI team managed an addition to that almost doubled the square footage of the home. In hindsight, I probably could not have picked a worst time to do a major construction project as we began construction just before COVID showed up. Construction materials were scarce and cost more than expected, trade subcontractors were busier than ever and the country was in lockdown. The ESI team did an excellent job of managing through this mess. Their close relationship with their subcontractors was essential to keep the project moving forward.
